Peter Galbraith
Peter joined Vadals in 2002, bringing to our company a wealth of experience. Peter’s problem solving and management skills have already assisted countless customers start their business on the road to success by assessing their individual requirements and tailoring solutions to suit their operation. Having a passion and commitment to the industry, Peter enjoys developing long standing relationships with customers and assisting them improve their business.

With over 40 years in the industry, Peter brings to Vadals a wealth of knowledge from his experience which includes apprentice butcher, retail, small goods manufacturing and contract boning and over 20 years supplying the industry.

Peter’s primary focus involves the daily running of the organizing with staffing and all areas from credit control to warehousing. Peter is charged with working with Department Managers to continually find ways to improve systems and efficiencies.

Peter’s only career regret?  He didn’t work for Vadals sooner!

Ritchie Fronis
Ritchie has worked for Vadals for over 13 years and is responsible for the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions. Ritchie has worked in different departments within Vadals from the warehouse to a delivery driver which has gained him extensive knowledge that he now passes onto his customers.

Ritchie’s vibrant personality, friendly disposition and willingness to learn are great assets and benefit all his customers. He is well liked by his customers and has earned a reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty. Ritchie’s clients are always more than impressed by his excellent understanding of operations.

A practical joker himself, Ritchie now often finds himself on the receiving end of practical jokes from his clients.

Bob Walters
Bob is our Area Manager for the territory from Brisbane’s north side up to Bundaberg. Commencing in 1998, he joined us with extensive experience in the industry gained from working with a variety of companies servicing the same region as he does now.

Bob’s strong relationship skills and ability to think laterally is great asset to the often demanding world of the industry. He is very much a people person and has acquired an excellent reputation over the years as ethical and trustworthy in his dealings with customers.

Bob gains satisfaction from having a contented customer and is proud of the fact that his customers can put their trust in him to get the job done. Never a quitter, Bob believes in always getting the job done!

John Beesley
A relatively new recruit, John joined Vadals two years ago charged with the responsibility for new accounts and developing business with existing customers.

John’s dynamic business style and relationship skills have made him well respected and sought after by customers as they realise his potential to assist them in developing new products and demonstrating how to use products to their best advantage.

He is focussed on creating a culture of excellence and gains great satisfaction in showing our customers products that can help build their business. He is frequently seen at new store openings where he lends his flair to helping with product display and cooking products for sampling.

John truly is dedicated to helping our customers reach their customers!

Michael Jackson
Michael began his career at Vadals 4 years ago as a member of the warehouse team. Well known and regarded as a tireless worker, Michael is a true testament of the different career challenges that Vadals offers passionate staff members.

Today you will find Michael contributing to the never-ending task of Marketing and Sales. He is always lending a hand and is responsible for managing communications and direct customers sales.

Michael Groves
Michael is our Machinery Sales and Installation guru. He spends his days working with customers to make their shops more productive through the integration of new technology and proven quality equipment.

Michael’s advice to others considering a career with Vadals: "don't be afraid to give your chosen career a shot, you may even find out you have a passion for it like I did."
